Construction General Labor

We're a new company looking to build so we can invest in building affordable housing for the community. We also have a goal of providing a livable wage for our employees. We currently do not have benefits but hope to build a package that is desired by our employees in the future. Wage increases based on performance. Paying $17-$22/hr. Monday - Friday. 35-40 hours per week. No Holidays. No weekends. Overtime optional. Background check is reviewed but decided on case by case. Job locations vary in the greater Grand Traverse Area. Travel up to about an hour away from Fife Lake typical but may be able to carpool. Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Travel time unpaid. No drug or alcohol usage, including marijuana. We want a safe work environment for everyone.
