Catering Sales/Event Manager - Part Time/Full Time
Sales:
Responsible for outside Catering Sales
Handle all correspondence with clients responding within (24-48 hours)
Maintain and improve standards of performance and event execution
Post event follow up with client
Referral Building:
Complimentary Businesses (Salons, Florists, Photographers)
Facilities that can Host Events (Independently run)
Caterers for overflow referrals.
Event Participation:
Schedule/Coordinate/Manage Events with Event Captain(s) and staff
Schedule/Coordinate/Conduct Event Tastings with Catering Chef
Wedding Shows
Brand Building Opportunities (Select For/Non Profit Events)
Community Outreach (create brand awareness)
