Employment Type:Part timeShift:Rotating ShiftDescription:Shift: Full time, Flexible hours (5a-2p, 2p-1030p)Maintains a 24 hour/day, seven day/week staffing schedule for the inpatient nursing units and Emergency Department. Follows recommendations for meeting staffing needs with guidance from the Nursing Team. Provides for nursing supervisory coverage 24 hour/day, seven day/week.POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

High school graduate; post secondary business education desirable.

Familiarity with a computer information system. (WordPerfect, Excel, ANSOS, preferred)

Knowledge of basic medical terminology preferred.

Able to use tact, discretion and persuasiveness in relationship with others.

Demonstrates ability to work in an environment that promotes accountability, responsibility and collegiality.

Well-developed communication skills, both written and oral. Able to communicate effectively with individuals and groups representing diverse perspectives.

Uses problem-solving techniques.

Articulates and demonstrates commitment to the philosophy, values, mission and vision of MGHP.
