General Contractor in need of a laborer and maintenance tech for apartment remodels throughout Toledo area.
Laborer needs to be able to safely operator power tools such as grinders and reciprocating saws in addition to daily use of common hand tools. Rate of pay for this job is $15-$16 per hour.
Maintenance Tech must be able to do all of the above and troubleshoot common MEP problems and assist staff carpenters with installation of new fixtures. Rate of pay for this job is $20-$21 per hour.
Expected work hours of 40 / week with several months of work under contract.
