- This is a full time position with pay starting at $12.50/hour and potentially higher depending on skill & experience - you will report to our Monroe, Michigan office.

Hours: 10AM to 5PM - Monday to Friday
Skills Needed:
- Skill 1: Kitchen or Confectionary Experience
- Why - This job will place you in the heart of our operation, helping in many different aspects of making our delicious healthy snacks. Previous experience working in a kitchen or in any confectionary capacity will reduce your learning curve big time
- Skill 2: Basic Math Skills
- Why - recipes and production often times require scaling up or down which can require multiplication or division. You won’t be doing calculus, don’t worry; but attention to detail is important for us here.
- Skill 3: Fast learning
- Why - We are growing quickly and this often means we are adding new equipment and process, so being able to adapt as needed is a valuable skill for us.
- Skill 4: Light Computer Skills (Microsoft word and excel)
- Why - Logging production records or inventory counts as needed
