We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient 2nd Shift Press Operator  at our manufacturing facility in Marlette, United States. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining industrial presses during the second shift, ensuring high-quality production and adherence to safety standards.Set up, operate, and monitor industrial presses to produce high-quality parts and componentsRead and interpret work orders, blueprints, and production schedulesPerform regular quality checks on produced items to ensure they meet specificationsConduct basic maintenance and troubleshooting on press equipmentAdhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work areaCollaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlinesReport any equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors promptlyMaintain accurate records of production output and material usage
