Responsibilities & OpportunitiesSika is looking for an experienced Research Technician to join it’s growing team in Madison Heights, MI for our Automotive & Industry Business.Research Technicians at Sika will play a key role in supporting specification and product maintenance. Working independently performing lab work the Research Technician will:Independently developing test methods and driving routine specification and product maintenance testing.They also work to solve mixing/equipment issues independently. and prepare results to present to customer with guidance.Performing Lab work to support product maintenanceAssist DOE, DFMEA to facilitate transfer of new products into productionAssist in Pilot runsWork on assigned projects independentlyUnderstand equipment manual and is able to use equipment to its capabilities
