Employment Type:Part timeShift:Day ShiftDescription:POSITION PURPOSEProvides assistance to managers, colleagues and vendors in the analysis and resolution of issues related to the service and delivery of talent management administration. Provides administrative support for Workday and Kronos to facilitate payroll processing. Provides support in the interpretation and application of policies and procedures for managers and colleagues, and acts to minimize company risk in all situations. Uses efficient and effective processes to support customers within the parameters of the department service level agreements. Markets department services and provides world class customer service. Position allows for work remote/work from home opportunity.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSKnows, understands, incorporates, and demonstrates the Trinity Health Mission, Vision, and Values in behaviors, practices, and decisions.Provides Human Resource service delivery for the HR Service Center in areas relating to talent management administration. Responsible for the new hire registration process and change job administration for employment processes initiated by Talent Acquisition. This incorporates employment status changes that occur throughout a colleague's employment life cycle and includes integration for payroll processing systems.Completes transactions for both new hire and change job administration for all processes initiated by Talent Acquisition. Partners with internal functional area teams to resolve issues and minimize exposure and risk.Audits HRIS transactions daily, reviews and reconciles discrepancies with colleagues. Runs bi-weekly and monthly audit reports to ensure compliance and data integrity.Relies on basic knowledge of Human Resource employment law, federal USCIS I-9 regulations and applicable payroll regulations related to onboarding new hires, re-hires and transfers.Utilizes the case management technology to accurately track and log issues and notes for cases assigned under stringent Legal Department requirements.Maintains confidentiality of department and associate information according to established practice within HIPAA and NPPI guidelines.Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, Trinity Health’s Organizational Integrity Program, Standards of Conduct, as well as other policies and procedures in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical, and professional behavior.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSMust possess a comprehensive understanding of Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, Annual Enrollment, Leave Administration, HRIS, process integration and Contact/Service Center operations. A High School diploma with two (2) years of experience in an HR administrative or customer support role in a high volume work environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment and/or Onboarding processes preferred.Familiarity with PeopleSoft, Workday and Kronos time and attendance systems is preferred.Demonstrated decision making skills. Good communication skills, including good listening and comprehension skills, and human relations and interpersonal skills. Good analytic, problem solving, judgment and conflict resolution skills.Ability to work independently with little supervision while organizing and prioritizing workload. Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet established deadlines and, with composure, work in a face paced work environment.Ability to effectively interact and successfully represent the Department with managers, other various departments, functional areas and RHM's.Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite.Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.Must possess a personal presence that is characterized by a sense of honesty, integrity, and caring with the ability to inspire and motivate others to promote the philosophy, mission, vision, goals, and values of Trinity Health.PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONSMust be able to set and organize own work priorities and adapt to them as they change frequently. Must be able to work concurrently on a variety of tasks/projects in an environment that may be stressful with individuals having diverse personalities and work styles.Must be able to travel to the various Trinity Health sites (10%) as needed.Must possess the ability to comply with Trinity Health policies and procedures.Communicates frequently, in person and over the phone, with people in all locations on product support issues. Hearing is needed for extensive telephone and in person communication.Operates in a typical office environment. The area is well lit, temperature controlled and free from hazards.
