DIRECT REPORTS: Production Supervisor I; Production Supervisor IIJOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for effective management of all KPI's including financial, safety, quality, delivery, cost, and employee engagement for the production area in accordance with plant goals.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily production activities management.
Financials management of the production area (MRO, SCRAP, etc)
To guarantee and assure the follow up and achievement of our standards and safety & quality rules and procedures.
To assure production and manufacturing on time and correct according with production plan.
Manage and give close follow up to multi-skills/training matrix of assigned production area.
To assure that TPM is executed on time and correct way vs defined standards.
To assure correct Standard Work Sheet (SWS) execution.
To assure the achievement of 5s standards
Follow up and achieve KPIs and objectives from the department (Delivery, Finance, HR, Safety, etc)
Follow up and solution of audits' findings /GEMBA walks.
To assure the correct use of problems solving methodology
To assure the achievement of daily routines in their direct reports.
Active participation on Continuous improvement of their processes & areas.
To assure that the team has the required technical and soft skills.
Responsible to do, execute and present 8ds to our customers.JOB REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree preferredEXPERIENCE:
Minimum of five years leadership experience in a manufacturing environmentREQUIREMENTS:
MS Office proficiency with advanced working knowledge of Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
SAP knowledge strongly preferred.
