We need multiple people to help us with repairs to our rental homes. This is a 9-5 job You must have your tools and a truck and must know all areas as many of our houses need a variety of repairs. Must be able to interact with people and work with deadlines. This position requires the need to work quickly by yourself or with others. Jobs may be simple tenant requests or more extensive remodels. Must be willing to clean out trash and items left behind by tenants or help participate in evictions if need be. City code knowledge is a plus but not required but will need to be available to do walk-throughs with city inspections and work one on one with them often. If you fit this description and can make it every day on time and complete a job to the end. Pay starts at $20 an hour and up. Candidate needs to be able to dedicate his or her time to working on our houses as a priority as this is a full-time job and we need this person to be on site every day.
