Job Summary:
Gillette's Interstate RV is seeking a skilled and certified RV Service Technician to join our thriving Service Department. With the busiest time of the year upon us and a fully booked schedule, this is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically inclined individual to contribute to our team. As an RV Service Technician, you will be responsible for preparing new Recreational Vehicles (RVs) for customer pick-up, performing warranty work, and providing top-notch customer service. This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare RVs to meet specified standards, ensuring immediate customer satisfaction upon unit pick-up.
- Perform warranty work on RVs, diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues efficiently.
- Assist in customer RV triage when necessary, effectively addressing their needs and concerns.
- Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating a positive attitude and enthusiasm.
- Collaborate with team members and the Service Manager to maintain a fast-paced and efficient work environment.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality service.
Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical abilities with previous experience as an RV, powersports, or auto technician preferred.
- Own tools necessary to perform required tasks.
- Positive attitude with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for working with people.
- Ability to solve problems and think critically.
- Open-minded and trainable, willing to adapt to changing procedures and techniques.

Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
