We're a family company who owns a large portfolio of rental properties in Lansing. We're looking to hire people who are trustworthy and reliable. The job consists of general property cleanup/turnover along with painting and some maintenance skills (installing tongue and grove flooring, etc). Must have your own form of transportation daily (multiple property visits daily) along with your own tools.
