Turner & Townsend is looking for a Senior Project Manager with CSA (Civil Structural Architectural) experience to lead and oversee the core and shell construction aspects of retrofitting an existing factory into a state-of-the-art battery manufacturing plant for a high-profile client. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of the construction phase within the specified timeline and budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards.
 Responsibilities:Lead the construction management process, including the development of construction plans, detailed designs, and construction documents.Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring clear communication and alignment of construction goals.Manage and mentor a team of architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.Oversee all construction aspects of the project, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations.Lead the construction efforts specifically related to battery retrofit projects.Ensure integration of battery systems with existing factory infrastructure.Develop and implement innovative construction solutions for retrofitting existing facilities to accommodate battery manufacturing processes.Coordinate with design project managers to ensure seamless integration of design and construction phases.Monitor construction progress and address any construction-related issues that arise during the construction phase.Collaborate with design teams to ensure construction intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.Support the Director of Project Management in managing new and existing client relationships.Drive new revenue through the generation of new work and contract renewals on existing accounts.Attend client interviews to present service offerings and lead bid teams in proposal generation efforts.Provide effective line management for assigned staff, including coaching and mentoring to assist in achieving professional and career growth objectives.Support the Director of PM with interviewing prospective candidates.Utilize industry-standard spreadsheets and accounting tools to track ongoing margin levels, monthly fee/resource forecasts, and financial reports.Ensure client invoices are accurate and issued on a timely basis, and follow up on accounts receivables.Identify and act upon cross-selling opportunities.Develop new business opportunities with existing and new clients, and drive the client diversification agenda.Prepare and deliver client presentations on relevant topics and attend networking events and promotional opportunities.SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
