Property Manager

HMS Companies Inc. is seeking a capable property manager for its long and shot term portfolio. The best candidate is self-motivated, quick learner, not afraid of dispute resolution, and an inspiration to assistants and subordinate employee. The property manager is responsible to manage and oversee all the contracts and properties within the company portfolio whether owned by the company, its principals or other clients. A weekly meeting with the general manager summarizing of the condition of the division is required. During that meeting, the previous month’s financial condition is reviewed, short-term goals are developed and progress toward previous goals is reviewed. The division manager is integrally involved in this process with the principals of the company. The manager will be responsible to the company to make a profit within the division.
