Hello! We are looking for several servers to work in a food truck/trailer from late July to September (next event is in Holland). The job responsibilities include first and last impression to customers, transactions with cash and credit (quick math skills needed), occasional food preparation We are independent food vendors that operate at many different festivals and county fairs. We take pride in our cleanliness, food quality, and customer service. It's important to us that our workers also feel the same way.
The pay is 175 per day plus tips depending on availability and experience. It's relatively easy work but the hours are a little long, ranging from 10am to 11pm with breaks. We will be operating in 6 different fairs throughout this time in the southwest region of Michigan (close to Grand Rapids and Holland). If you are unable to commute to some of the locations, we can provide accommodations in one of our travel trailers. It's a well kept trailer with a full kitchen, bathroom, A/C, and bedrooms.
