National company is expanding in West Michigan and is seeking a key person to fill a sales/management position. We are looking for a business minded individual who has a strong desire for a long-term management career. Candidate must be willing to accept rapid, hands-on training (no books, DVD's or on-line training) and be willing to accept major responsibility quickly. Honesty, integrity and work ethic is more important than experience and education. Rural background is advantageous but not necessary.
