Position Description:
The Mobile Hardware/Software Technician will provide both phone support and field technical service to Light & Breuning, Inc. customers by connecting to on-site systems to troubleshoot and diagnose problems. In this role, you will also travel to customer sites as needed to service customer parking access and revenue control equipment.
Key responsibilities include:
Provide installation support, maintenance, modification and/or repair to various mechanical, electro-mechanical, and electronic parking systems
Effectively communicate with internal colleagues and external customers within established timeframes in order to meet customer’s expectations
Assist Service Engineers with system configurations and upgrades; provide input on ways to improve financial performance to generate service revenue
Drive/maintain a company-furnished vehicle
