We are in a very interesting manufacturing environment. No automotive work here. We are currently working overtime and will be for the next several months and need good people.
To fill a position with us you must be able to report to work M - F from 6 AM to 4:30 PM. We work 50 hour weeks with the weekends off. If more overtime is needed if at all possible we'll work longer during the week to have the weekend off.
You must practice safe working habits because the safety of our people, products and equipment is paramount and will not be compromised.
Must be able stand, lift, move, stack product for 8 - 12 hours per day. We make heavy parts so being able to sling 35 lb steel parts all day every day is absolutely part of this position.
You must be able to stay off of your phone while you are working. Social media, texting your boo and other phone use is permitted at breaks and lunch only. (I bet we just lost 80% of you)
You must do part checks, pencil whipping is not acceptable and will result in dismissal.
Must be able to use a caliper, micrometer, attribute gages, protractor and tape measure to ensure the parts meet customer specifications.
Must be able to communicate with co-workers, supervisors and or lead people to complete production requirement to service our customers. Above all you must be a team player with a positive can do attitude.
You must also wear the proper personal protective equipment for the department you are reporting to.
Must show the ability to solve problems, generate solutions and suggestions and have some basic troubleshooting skills.
Must possess basic shop math skills.
Must possess a high level of commitment to quality, work in a faced paced environment, and be flexible and responsive to our changing business needs.

The position pay is based on your capability, skill-set, and work experience.
