Warehouse Associate / Forklift Driver
Rhino Seed & Landscape Supply is a family-owned business since 1930. We manufacture straw, erosion control blankets/mats, and straw baled/bagged products. The facility is located in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Job Responsibilities:
Work as a valuable team member to support manufacturing and sales.
Warehouse Worker Job Duties:
· Use a forklift to unload supply trailers and organize inventory: shipping and receiving.
· Pulling and processing customer orders, completing paperwork, and loading trucks and trailers.
· Maintain and report inventory stock counts.
· Rework damaged products when possible or coordinate rework with manufacturing.
· Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
· Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping and receiving area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
· Completes reports by entering required information.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Warehouse Worker Skills and Qualifications:
· Candidate must pass a drug screening and background check prior to employment.
· Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle
· Must be able to lift and handle up to 50 lbs
· Must be able to bend, crouch, climb stairs, walk length of warehouse and generally be on feet and moving for duration of shift
· Must be able to read recipes, follow instructions and accurately measure raw materials.

Location – Wayland, MI
Hours - First Shift
Compensation:
Starting at $18.50 - $19.50 per hour
$1000 signing bonus. $500 after 30 days and $500 after 60 days.'
