Job SummaryThe Senior Change Management Specialist in Priority Health’s Transformation Office is responsible for executing on change management initiatives. Provides input, recommendations, and solutions in support of the change management strategy. Develops change management materials for various audiences to support the adoption of strategic initiatives. Builds and maintains partnerships with stakeholders organization-wide to keep a pulse on the change effectiveness and identify any mitigation tactics that may be needed. Collaborates closely with other Change Specialists, Communication Specialists, and Agile Coaches to embed change management principles and tactics into strategic initiatives. Essential Functions
Creates change management plans in accordance with the overall strategy while using all aspects of change management to positively impact the adoption of strategic initiatives, including large-scale transformation. With guidance from the Change Lead, develops practical change tactics and activities.
Collaborates with various stakeholders throughout the organization to build relationships, create feedback loops in a psychologically safe environment, and understand the impacts of those experiencing the change.
Uses best practices to lead the change agent network to ensure awareness and engagement with the transformative changes. Partners with the Communication Specialist to ensure simple, consistent messaging to various groups/personas.
Provides input into and helps maintain metrics for expected change outcomes and activities.
Creates change-related materials, including but limited to stakeholder & change impact analyses, education plans & content, communication content, current to future state visualization, etc.
QualificationsRequired
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
7 years of relevant related experience
Preferred
5 years of relevant experience Participation large scale programs, projects or system wide initiatives focused on organizational transformation.
2 years of relevant experience Change management, preferably utilizing Prosci’s ADKAR framework.
