JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in the configuration, customization, and maintenance of TMS platform
Support users by troubleshooting and resolving system issues
Assist in documenting system processes and best practices
Collaborate with the Tech team to implement new features and enhancements
Participate in testing and validation of new software implementations and updates
Provide support in training end-users on Salesforce functionality and best practices

QUALIFICATIONS:A successful candidate must possess the following traits/skills:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
Basic understanding of ERP Configuration
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Experience with Excel
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours a week
