Job DescriptionInsight Global is looking for a Business Development Lead to assist in growing our client's portfolio. This person should have a minimum of five years of previous sales experience in commercial or residential window sales. You will be expected to travel to client meetings in the West Michigan area and support various client needs through project management. We are looking for candidates that are self driven, financially motivated and can provide exceptional customer service through the sales cycle.This position offers a base salary between $65,000 to $95,000 as well as monthly commissions and end year bonus structure. 2+ years of previous experience in window sales

strong communication and organizational skills

willingness to cold call and conduct in person meetings

ability to read blueprints, and deep knowledge of company product lines

proficient with Microsoft Suite null
