Application Support Analyst

Responsibilities:
  • Attend Daily Stand Up, Iteration Planning, and other SAFe ceremonies as needed
  • Respond to Tickets / JIRAs / Requests for Assistance
  • Transfer to 3rd Level as appropriate
  • Security Class Provisioning for User access
  • Troubleshoot FSM Mobile issues with Field Techs
  • Troubleshoot FSM issues with Warehouse Team - create IFS tickets as needed
  • Troubleshoot Canopy issues with Specialty Companies - create Aspen Systems tickets as needed
  • Liaison to Help Desk for process improvements
  • Maintain support documentation
  • Development of C# scripts for integrations

Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills, prior customer service experience desired
  • Experience with Windows Package Application Admin
  • Jira a plus
  • Google Suite a plus
  • Experience in Agile/SAFe environments a plus
  • C# and SQL development/scripting is a plus
