- Respond to Tickets / JIRAs / Requests for Assistance
- Transfer to 3rd Level as appropriate
- Security Class Provisioning for User access
- Troubleshoot FSM Mobile issues with Field Techs
- Troubleshoot FSM issues with Warehouse Team - create IFS tickets as needed
- Troubleshoot Canopy issues with Specialty Companies - create Aspen Systems tickets as needed
- Liaison to Help Desk for process improvements
- Maintain support documentation
- Development of C# scripts for integrations
- Excellent communication skills, prior customer service experience desired
- Experience with Windows Package Application Admin
- Jira a plus
- Google Suite a plus
- Experience in Agile/SAFe environments a plus
- C# and SQL development/scripting is a plus
