Tasks required, but not limited to, as follows: Perform all interior and exterior repairs and replacements to maintain apartments, common areas, buildings and grounds. Assist in snow removal. Respond to emergency after hours calls on a rotating basis. Working knowledge of electrical, appliance, plumbing and furnace repair a must. AC repair, along with a universal card, is a plus. Remodeling skills, such as cabinet installation, building and installing laminate countertops, ceramic tile installation for both backsplashes and flooring is also a plus. Must be able to regularly lift 80+ pounds and have a valid drivers license in good standing.
