Part Time HVAC Maintenance Technician for our apartment community in Lapeer, MI.
Schedule: FLEXIBLE (typically 4-8 hrs/week)
Pay:$39.50 – $49.50 per hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
HVAC - Furnace and Condenser maintenance - (100 Units)
Preventative Maintenance program.
Refrigerant Certification Required.
Most jobs are 1-4 hours to service.
Some new installations. 6-12 per year.
Requirements:
5+ years HVAC experience
Skills in plumbing, and basic electrical
Own and maintain tools
Reliable transportation.
Punctuality required
Ability to lift, bend, and climb ladders
