Hello! I would love to find somebody who is great at automotive diagnostics! Dont care to do the heavy lifting anymore? Bad shoulder? Not ready to retire? Looking to create a new position that would involve diagnosing cars, and writing estimates, then passing the work on to a GREAT group of techs to do the work.
Currently, we are just not getting cars diagnosed fast enough, and a new system is needed.We have been in business for 17 years, and still looking to make a bigger impact to our customers.
Best case, you have master certifications, maybe dont turn as many hours as you used to, still want to stay sharp in our field, and are ready to head up a diagnostic department. Are you good with Mitchell1? Would be an hourly position, pay depending on experience/skills/certifications. We are known as the top shop in our area for diagnostics (and quality of work).
