Desired Skills:
Basic knowledge of SQL database software, a measurable understanding of hardware configurations (servers, network and computers), ability to do troubleshooting and resolve issues, ability to handle multiple projects at one time.
Job responsibilities would include (but are not limited to):
Fielding incoming support requests via telephone/email and providing on-site support when necessary.
Establishing a thorough understanding of our software products to support our customers.
Reproducing and generating detailed documentation of defects reported by our customers.
Managing software applications running on Microsoft Windows and SQL Server.
Performing application installations and upgrades for our customers, including database backup/restores.
Providing high quality feedback to our development team throughout the development/QA testing lifecycle.
Solving a wide range of technical problems, using your creativity to help continuously improve our processes.
Willingness to travel is rare but may be needed from time to time
