Develop flowcharts, graphs, and charts. Analyze the business functionality and requirements of the system. Utilize SQL, Oracle, JIRA, SOAP, REST, Java, and JavaScript. Will work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Requires Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related and 1 year experience OR Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related and 5 years progressive experience.
