Responsibility for compliance with global and national export control regulations and policiesActively monitoring and tracking from proposed rules/regulations changes , communicating impact to the organization, and providing solutions to mitigate export compliance risk exposure.Implementation and monitoring of the requirements of the Bosch Global Standards and Procedures within his/her area of responsibility and translation into national processes.Consulting for all Export Control related questions in the USContinuous monitoring of business activities as well as review and release of business models or individual transactionsSteering and support of internal and external auditsResponsible for export license process including determination of license requirement, preparation submissions and monitoring of licensesReview and audit of US Export Control ClassificationMonitoring of national export control law changes and continuous alignment with the global export control governance teamResponsibility to evaluate deemed export transactionsReview and update Export Control contract clause/language in agreements, NDA's, quotes
