We are ahead of the curve, prevent unnecessary blocked transactions and build a scalable, strong and sustainable foundation to address future Global Trade challenges with confidence.Key Responsibilities:Establish and lead a team of experts/professionals in Export Control, US-Reexport, Customs classifications and business partner screeningEncourage collaboration with stakeholders in the functional and business areas and with the global COE organizationLead, mentor, and help your team to perform of Export Control and Tariff Code Specialists/Experts develop in a global setupSteer the workload efficiently to ensure we achieve our quality and performance KPI’sManage how the team is performing, including reviews, coaching, and career plansHandle budget planning and make sure the team has what it needsStay current with evolving global trade regulationsDrive automation and process improvement initiatives to streamline compliance processes and reduce risk.
