Bosch RideCare operates within the Connected Services product area of Bosch, which develops state of the art solutions as well as advanced features leading to the future of vehicle electronics.  The Ridecare team works with international colleagues and focuses on innovating and developing solutions for fleet customers in many new market segments.Support Customer Success teams in ensuring seamless customer experiences and effective onboarding of new customers for our products and services within the RideCare product line. This role focuses on supporting customer onboarding processes and operational improvements while also developing material to ensure customer product understanding. It is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where customer satisfaction and data-driven decisions are at the forefront.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze field and customer data to provide insights, trends, and recommendations to the team.Collaborate with the Customer Success, and Field Operations team(s) to help onboard new customers and provide support during early adoption phases.Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and summaries to present data-driven insights to internal stakeholders.Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities for operational improvements and user journey updates.Document processes, workflows, and best practices on internal wikis to improve organizational knowledge sharing.
