Our facility is equipped with electric mower lifts, large single-post riding mower lifts, high-speed fluid evacuators, and all the tools you need—everything is set up to make your job easier, faster, and more rewarding.

Position: Shop Assistant
Pay: Starting at $18 per hour
Experience: Some experience working with tools (automotive or mechanical) is preferred. We provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
Responsibilities
Assist Master Technicians with repairs and maintenance of small engine equipment
Perform basic shop maintenance and cleaning
Load and unload customer equipment
Interact with customers, including taking in equipment and processing payments
What We’re Looking For
Familiarity with tools and a genuine interest in mechanical work
Eagerness to learn and take direction
Reliable, punctual, and able to handle physical tasks
Good communication and customer service skills
Position: Master Technician
Pay: $25 - $35 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and productivity
Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in a repair facility (small engine experience strongly preferred).
Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of small engine equipment
Oversee and mentor Shop Assistants, ensuring work is done correctly and efficiently
Keep detailed records of repairs and communicate clearly with customers
Contribute to a safe, organized, and productive work environment

Extensive knowledge of small engine systems and repair procedures
Proven track record of efficiency and accuracy in a professional shop environment
Ability to lead by example and support the growth of less experienced team members
Strong customer service and communication skills
