Job Summary:
We are currently seeking able-bodied roofers to perform residential roofing work including full installations, partial installations, and repairs. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in roofing who are looking for flexible, part-time work.
Key Responsibilities:
Install new residential roofs according to project specifications
Perform partial roof replacements and repairs
Ensure safety protocols are followed on job sites
Operate hand and power tools commonly used in roofing
Remove old roofing materials and prepare surfaces
Communicate with team members to ensure project efficiency and quality
Qualifications:
Prior experience in roofing is highly preferred
Ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights
Strong attention to detail and safety
Reliable transportation to job sites in Pontiac, MI
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Compensation:
$30 to $40 per hour, depending on experience and skill level.
