Manager for Rough Framing Company

Looking for a motivated individual That can Manage Residential Framing Crews , Rough Framing or residential Superintendent experience. Bi lingual Spanish / American requested, the ability to oversee apartments and wood structures , identify details on blueprints, punch out Jobs , follow up and communicate with crew to complete jobs to the fullest extent, the ability to identify sub quality workmanship and the ability to communicate and trouble shoot problems, we are looking for a forward thinking, hard working employee , that is willing to grow with the company, some one who does not have to get told what to do , but can foresee problems coming, must know MI-OSHA safety rules and possible some OSHA Training in construction. must be able to understand completely residential plans, and the ability to follow and find details in structural and architectural, must be good at filling out paperwork , sending and receiving emails, be very organized. Salary will be based off of experience and, Must be reliable , Must have own truck or Reliable vehicle. First job site would be located in sterling heights for approx. 5 months. $60-$70,000.00 yearly Starting salary plus benefits. 45-50 hours a week , email only resume or qualifications
