Laborers needed

Looking for laborers, right now we're doing inside work in a month or so we will be Siding. We will have work all year. I have work lined up ( backed up now). We will have a sales team when established. I need people who know how to work, have a second gear, don't need to be on the phone every time I turn around. Don't care about a record, every one deserves respect and a way to provide. Don't care what you do on your free time , just don't let it effect your work. You: need to be able to read a tape measure, use power tools, have a vehicle, your own tools a bonus. I'm starting people at $18 hr will go up when I see you are an actual commitment person and show up. Work will be 1099 for a month or so then when we get up and running w2. I work right beside you I might get materials sometimes but I will lift and sweat right with you. I want to be the best boss, so you want to be the best employee.
