LeafFilter Gutter Protection is currently looking for a Service Subcontractor in our Farmington Hills location. This position is responsible to service any warranty or workmanship issues that our customers may have and to provide a good customer experience.
You don't need experience with gutters or gutter protection to qualify for this position, but you MUST have experience in a construction related field.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN A SERVICE SUBCONTRACTOR:
Basic remodeling/construction/flooring/painting/etc. experience
Must be comfortable with heights up to 3rd story
Professional demeanor and the ability to problem solve
Strong time management and communication skills
Valid driver’s license and a dependable truck or van with the ability to carry extension ladders
Must be able to use phone apps accurately
Ability to lift up to 50lbs if needed
Must have ladders and tools
General Liability Insurance (or willingness to get it)
Hunger to make an awesome income doing easy work!
