Position Overview:
We’re hiring a Field Supervisor with 10+ years of hands-on experience in residential remodeling. You’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day jobsite activity, keeping everything on track, and maintaining high quality standards. You’ll also be expected to wear a tool belt and help with work when needed.
We’re looking for go-getters—people who take initiative, solve problems, and aren’t afraid of a challenge. If you already have experience with the Buildertrend program, that’s a major plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily progress on active remodeling jobs
Coordinate crews, subs, deliveries, and inspections
Jump in to assist with work when needed (tile, trim, framing, etc.)
Keep jobsites clean, safe, and on schedule
Communicate with homeowners and the office
Submit daily job photos and status updates
Requirements:
10+ years of construction/remodeling experience
Strong leadership and hands-on trade skills
Excellent communication and follow-through
Must be comfortable using basic tech (texts, emails, photos)
Buildertrend experience is a bonus
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
