Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional carpet cleaning services to our residential and commercial clients, maintaining the highest levels of professionalism, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every step.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform professional carpet cleaning services using company-provided equipment and solutions.
- Conduct pre-cleaning inspections and communicate with clients about specific needs and expectations.
- Apply stain and soil repellents to carpets, adjusting formulations to achieve desired results.
- Ensure the proper maintenance of equipment and report any malfunctions or needs for repair.
- Drive a company vehicle to client locations, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Complete all work orders and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and building positive relationships.
- Assist with inventory management and ensure all supplies are adequately stocked.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in carpet cleaning or related field preferred but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies weighing up to 80 lbs.
- Flexibility to work in various locations and adjust to schedule changes as needed.
