Bathroom remodel company is seeking candidate to assist with commercial bath remodels. The work, after brief training period, will take place at various commercial sites in Detroit.
Company is willing to train individuals with no experience in this area but who have the following skill set:
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work with hand tools
- Ability to lift 50lbs on consistent basis.
For trainees, the position starts at $15. Candidates with proven "handy-man" experience will have an opportunity to earn a higher hourly pay rate.
Very basic functions of job will include:
Caulk removal
Cleaning/ wiping down of work area
Grout mixing, to specifications
Tile repair
Standing, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, and walking, ALL DAY. MUST BE IN GOOD PHYSICAL SHAPE!
SHIFT: 8:30am 4:30/6:00pm (must be able to work OT as needed)
PAY RATE: $15/ hour for trainees (will pay more for workers with building experience)
