1-800 Hansons is hosting a Sales Hiring Event on Thursday 4/17/25 from 10am-1pm at our Corporate office located at 977 East 14 Mile Road Troy, MI 48083!
We are looking for talented individuals with either extensive amount of customer service or sales experience that are excited to show off their talents and start their new career with one of the top home improvement companies in the country that's been around for 37+ years! Our main goal is to make sure we give a 5 star experience to our customers while helping them love where they live with our products.
We Offer:
Pre-screened qualified appointments provided
No door-to-door or cold calling
Weekly pay via direct deposit
$1500 paid training after two weeks (begin training on 4/28 or 5/12 depending on your availability)
Earn up to $150k+/year
$600 weekly draw available if needed
Monthly bonus structure based on volume where on average, you earn $4k/month

What You'll Do:
Connect with home owners at their home to discuss how we can help them love where they live with our products (windows, roofing, siding, gutters, gutter protection and bathtubs and showers)
Use AI tools and drones to get measurements of the exterior of the home
Also use AI tools to be able to provide a visual aid to allow the customer to see what their home will look like once the installation is completed
Handle one call closes so you can focus on building relationships with the customer during the appointments while our Operations team handles the back-end of the installation process for you
Run 1-2 appointments per day, with a potential 3rd depending on how quickly your day goes, 5 days a week
