AmeriLife is an organization with the goals of helping as many families achieve security through life insurance as possible, and helping agents achieve financial goals by means of growing their business of helping others. The process of the job is as simple as you'll be going to see people who have requested life insurance, and sell them what they want based on age, health, and budget. You'll get top of the line training on sales and products with 6-figure earners in the industry. This position also comes with high growth potential, as your commissions will raise and you'll have the opportunity to grow your own team of insurance agents and gain passive income on top of your commissions. This is a be your own boss role and you can choose your own work schedule.

How does the pay work?
This is fully commission, no salary.
Let's say you're on a 100% commission:
Let's say you sell someone a policy for $70 a month.
You're entitled to $70 (or 70% of the monthly premium) a month for the next 12 months
You'll get a 9 month advance on that, meaning within the next few days of you writing that policy, you'll get $630
Then in months 10, 11, and 12 of the policy being active, you'll get $70 each.
You should on average be writing at least 3-5 policies a week
Which comes out to $1,890-$3,150 weekly. These are average numbers, with our trainings you will improve your profitability over time. Some weeks you may make $1,500, some weeks you may make $4,000. Expect your average to be profiting about $2,000 a week.
On-boarding Process

After we reach out to you, the first thing we'll have to do is work on getting licensed. You'll need to take an online course for Life Insurance Licensing. The course is done at your own pace, typically takes 1-2 weeks to complete.
One you pass the course you then take the official state test.
Once you pass the test you'll be given your license and we can get you contracted with us. As soon as the Monday immediately following getting your license, we will meet with you over Zoom, to get you all of the information you need to get started!
The week following the Zoom training, you'll be training with a Manager and actually selling clients and making money!
What's the Day to Day like?
We're very flexible with hours and you typically can make your own schedule. Here's what a normal week could look like:
Monday 10 AM -7 PM: Appointment Setting from home (with 2 separate 1 hour long breaks at 1 and 4). We use Mondays to set up appointments for the next couple days. We like to call people in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings to be able to reach as many of our leads as we can. People work at different times of the day so it's important to try to call them at different points of the day
Tuesday: Field day. Going to visit your clients in their homes. You can set your appointments to be whenever you want. It's YOUR schedule.
Wednesday: Field day
Thursday 10-7: Appointment setting from home, like Monday
Friday: Field Day
OPTIONAL Saturday and Sunday field days if you want to make some extra money or have clients that are too busy during the week for a meeting.
How Do We Get Clients
When you start, you will be given leads to start with. These will be internet Leads (clients who see an insurance ad online and fill in their information). A manager will be helping you make calls and set up appointments. We will show you how to get at least 5 referral clients from each client you sit down with. You will also have access to our Lead Vendors, where you can purchase leads anywhere from $2 per lead for aged leads to $20 per exclusive internet lead to $35 for higher quality leads. If you purchase let's say $500 worth of leads, we'll show you how to make $2,000-$2,500 in return, plus get multiple referrals for new sales from that batch of leads. As an insurance agent it's important to have a constant flow leads coming in. The more referrals you get, the less you'll have to spend on leads. This isnt a job, it's YOUR business. Be prepared to invest in your business. (Also since you're a 1099 employee, your lead costs will be one of your business write offs).
What are we Looking For?
We're looking for entrepreneurial minded individuals who are looking for ambitious and motivated by income that want to help us grow out our insurance team. We want someone who will come in, learn our systems to make $2,000 a week minimum, and step into a management position and help us train and manage new agents we bring in.
Being a manager comes with its own passive income. Each sale one of your agents gets, you get a bonus.
