Key Responsibilities

Engage with traditional businesses to assess their needs and introduce AI-driven solutions that modernize operations.

Manage and grow a pipeline of qualified leads while actively prospecting new business opportunities.

Build strong, consultative relationships with clients by understanding their challenges and presenting tailored solutions.

Close deals that deliver long-term value to clients and drive significant revenue growth.

Negotiate contracts with a win-win mindset, balancing client needs with profitability.

Track sales activities, lead progression, and performance metrics using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

Collaborate closely with internal AI solution architects and marketing teams to align messaging and support client success.

Conduct industry-specific research to stay ahead of trends and identify high-opportunity markets.

Represent the company at AI expos, trade shows, webinars, and other networking events to build visibility and credibility.

Deliver exceptional post-sale support and maintain relationships to foster referrals and long-term partnerships.

Requirements

Proven success in consultative or solution-based sales, preferably in business development, technology, or B2B services.

Strong account management skills and a history of exceeding revenue targets.

Deep interest in AI, digital transformation, or emerging technologies (technical expertise is a plus, but not required).

Confident negotiator with the ability to influence business owners and executive stakeholders.

Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

Self-starter mentality with the discipline to manage your own pipeline and goals in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on understanding client needs.

Willingness to travel or attend client meetings, events, and conferences as needed.
