Duties & Responsibilities
- Complete a variety of daily administrative and clerical tasks
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and partners
- Coordinate and track property marketing efforts
- Assist the owner with commercial real estate acquisitions
- Maintain organized files, records, and documentation
- Handle other miscellaneous office and project-related tasks as needed
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an office setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, with a typing speed of 50+ WPM
- Adept at using various office equipment, such as computers, printers, fax machines, etc.
- Meticulous attention to detail, committed to producing accurate and reliable work
- Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to maintain professionalism, discretion, and integrity in all interactions
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
