Busy appliance parts and service business located in Utica has a full-time position open. Duties include but are not limited to answering phones, dispatching, and communicating with service techs who work remotely, assisting customers by telephone and general data entry. Computer experience is required. Customer service experience is a plus. Hours are 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Medical benefits, paid holidays, and paid vacation.
