We’re a growing international textiles company seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Administrator / Personal Assistant to support daily business operations. What You’ll Do:
Provide administrative and executive support
Manage scheduling, correspondence, and documentation
Assist with invoices, payments, and record-keeping
Organize tasks, coordinate errands, and support management remotely
Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
What We’re Looking For:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication (written & verbal)
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, or Google Suite
Prior office/admin experience is a plus but not required
Compensation & Hours:
$750 per week
Approx. 10 hours per week
Flexible schedule — tasks completed during normal business hours
Fully remote with occasional local errands if needed
