Company Overview:
We are a well-established Restoration Service Company seeking a reliable individual to join our team as a Part-Time Administrative Assistant. This flexible position offers an opportunity to work remotely while supporting our operations and contributing to our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Document Management: Generate invoices, proposals, spreadsheets, and other necessary business documents.
Administrative Support: Perform a variety of general administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
Marketing & Web Integration (Optional): Experience with marketing and web programs is a plus for assisting with online presence and promotional efforts.
On-Site Inspections (Optional): Occasional visits to job sites to capture location photos for project documentation (preferred but not required).
Position Details:
Work Hours: Flexible, with an average of 5 to 25 hours per month, with the possibility of more hours during peak summer months.
Work Environment: Primarily remote, though occasional on-site visits may be required for job site inspections.
