Established small business is seeking a Warehouse/Stockroom Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate would be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook and have strong math and analytical skills.

The Warehouse Clerk, under supervision, will assist the Stockroom Supervisor in performing the following duties:

Perform receiving inspections on all engine, accessories and components brought into the USTA warehousing and supply system (Pentagon), ensuring that all components and paperwork correspond.

Comply and place all applicable receiving entries into Pentagon.

Issue parts out of inventory.

Receive in Repair Orders.

Make work orders for Repair Orders.

Pull/Issue parts to mechanics when requested.

Add parts to material requisition when needed.

Manage shelf-life items.

Ship out parts for sales orders.

Take pictures for all material and parts that comes into inventory and parts being shipped out.

Assist in the counting and accurate tracking of materials or items received or distributed. May also assist with the physical counting of inventory.

Ensure that enclosed, secure and segregated areas for quarantined parts are properly tagged. accessed and maintained.

Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workspace.

Attend HAZMAT training and become HAZMAT certified.

Ship and receive HAZMAT material as needed.

Perform all duties and functions in the safest possible manner and in accordance with USTA policy.

Any other duties as may be assigned by your supervisor.

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to pass a pre-employment, and random thereafter, drug and alcohol screening as required by the FAA.

Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.

Reliable transportation.

Forklift certificate and Hazmat training a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to bend, stretch, kneel and squat to handle parcels and inspect parts.

Ability to lift 50 pounds at a time.

Pay: $17 - $19/hour
