Essential duties/responsibilities:
Program and operate CNC lathes and mills to produce precision components and injection molds.
Build, repair, and modify injection molds per technical specifications.
Perform preventive maintenance on molds to minimize downtime.
Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical schematics.
Troubleshoot and resolve mold-related issues to maintain production efficiency.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Collaborate with first-shift mold makers to streamline production and maintenance processes.
