Position Summary:

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Assemble parts onto circuit boards according to the bill of materials
Perform soldering tasks with precision
Clean and inspect finished boards
Test and verify boards for quality before moving to the next station
Adhere to strict quality control standards
Knowledge of Surface-Mount Technology (SMT) is a plus
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Responsible for part counts
Qualifications and Key Competencies:
High School Diploma or GED
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Basic soldering experience preferred (training provided)
Quick learner with the ability to follow build notes and instructions
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
