Autoglass warehouse looking for temporary full-time help. We are anticipating 3-4 months of work but can be flexible with the right candidate. Great fit for a student or other seasonal worker!
Essential Duties:
Load, unload, pick, put away, consolidate, stack products and materials.
Assists with physical inventories and cycle counts, ensuring proper stock rotation.
Inspects each pallet and or case for proper quantities, items, and expiration date (as applicable) damages and follows any special instructions on Work Assignment Form and /or additional documentation.
Communicates problems, concerns, and ideas to management. Identifies process improvements.
Maintains a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
Follows specific work instructions and best practices to safely and accurately complete daily work assignments.
Supports all operational processes and procedures to ensure value to the customer and compliance with all PGW policies, customer requirements, and federal/state/local regulations.
Assists in maintaining the security of the warehouse. Conducts operations in a manner that promotes safety.
Participates in all assigned training programs and adheres to all guidelines.
Provides excellent customer service to customers.
Assists in various warehouse maintenance tasks, including sweeping floors, storing equipment, etc.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED equivalent required.
Ability to meet medium-level physical exertion requirements, including lifting up to 75 pounds frequently.
Basic math and reading skills to perform job tasks and complete necessary paperwork.
Ability to follow oral and/or written instruction.
Display a positive, helpful demeanor, and a commitment to providing the best in customer service.
Experience in warehouse/distribution a plus.
Knowledge of and ability to operate a forklift a plus.
